Biography of David Klingberg AM

Mr David Klingberg AM (Chair Premier's Climate Change Council)
Mr David Klingberg recently retired as the Chancellor, University of South Australia, a position he held from 1998 to 2008. Prior to becoming Chancellor he had 34 years experience in the management of professional engineering services to the general consulting and resource development industries in Australia and South East Asia. During his engineering career, Mr Klingberg developed substantial professional expertise in project evaluation, project management and project systems and major infrastructure project structuring.
