Katie Klein (member, Ministerial Youth Council)
Katie has recently moved to Adelaide to begin university studies with a double degree in science and education. Prior to this, she lived on Eyre Peninsula where she was involved as a young woman representing the voice of youth, especially rural youth, on a number of committees. She has been a member of the Ministerial Youth Council since 2004. Apart from ensuring that young people are involved at all levels of decision making in rural, regional and metropolitan South Australia, Katie’s special interests also include working with young people in leadership and expanding opportunities for all young people especially in remote and regional areas. |
